Krithika Kandasamy is a Europe-based global business leader with deep experience across mobility, technology, strategy and business transformation. She serves on the boards of multiple companies and advises governments and organisations on innovation and growth across mobility, energy, sustainability and emerging technologies.

She is the founder of the Maia Women’s Foundation and the Robotics Foundation of Tamil Nadu, both committed to advancing STEM education and opportunity for underserved communities across India, Nepal and Africa.
